Clear-span interiors

A column in the middle of a sound stage isn't an inconvenience — it's a production problem. Our steel moment frames deliver column-free floor plans from 40 ft to 300 ft wide, so your set designer, your DP, and your rigging crew all work with the same unobstructed canvas.

Acoustic-ready shell

We don't promise a quiet building — we engineer a shell that your acoustic contractor can actually work with. The framing is designed from the start to accept mass-loaded vinyl, resilient channel, and specialty insulation packages without structural compromise.

Overhead load capacity

A lighting grid isn't an afterthought — it's a structural load that has to be designed in from day one. We engineer roof framing for production-specific overhead loads: lighting grids, rigging points, and catwalk systems up to 50 psf and beyond.

Controlled environment

Film and broadcast production can't tolerate a building that breathes with the weather. Our tight envelope — thermal breaks, vapor barriers, and HVAC-ready penetrations — gives your mechanical engineer a building that holds its conditions.

Drive-in access

Getting a 40-foot set piece, a picture car, or a grip truck inside shouldn't require a workaround. We design oversized roll-up and bi-fold door openings — up to 40 ft wide — so the building works the way production actually works.

Sound stages

The core of any production campus. We apply proven clear-span building expertise to the specific structural requirements of film, television, and streaming sound stages — column-free interiors from 5,000 to 50,000+ sq ft, with roof framing engineered for overhead production loads from day one.

Production warehouses

Every major production needs somewhere to build sets, store props, and stage equipment between shooting days. High-bay, drive-in facilities with mezzanine options — designed for the organized chaos of a working production.

Broadcast studios

News, sports, and live broadcast have different structural demands than a film stage — denser equipment loads, tighter acoustic specs, and cable management that has to be designed into the structure from the start. We engineer the building system to meet those requirements; your broadcast integrator handles the rest.

Post-production facilities

Editing suites, color grading theaters, ADR rooms, and server infrastructure all require a building that holds its temperature, controls its vibration, and never loses power. We engineer the shell; your MEP team handles the rest — on a structure that gives them room to work.
